When your best friend sends an email, what happens, you read it. Naturally that isn’t spam.

Now let’s say you’ve knowingly subscribed to receive emails from your favorite tech company (or your favorite food blog), and you receive an email about the latest bluetooth devices (or how to make Cocoa Cookies); what do you do – read the email. That isn’t spam either, that’s a smart email campaign, also called Inbound Email Marketing because the sender builds their subscriber lists through explicit permission.

Through my branded service, Email Courier, I offer services for inbound email marketing where someone explicitly subscribes to your email list and wants to hear from you. Find out more about what it means to practice Inbound Email Marketing.
